MSYSA Player Registration Notice

Transfers: MSYSA will not grant the transfer if the season has started.

Dual Registration: Duals must take place prior to the season starting. Season starts when the 1st team of the league participates in a game. MSYSA will not grant the dual if the season has started.

All appropriate signatures must be on the forms prior to MSYSA receiving the forms. MSYSA WILL NOT obtain league signatures for the release, transfer or dual registration forms.
