Game Cancellation Policy

Coaches cannot cancel a game.

Only the referee, city official, community leader or club official can cancel the game.

If you need to reschedule a game, you should notify the opposing team as soon as you are aware of the situation.  You will also need to notify the league administrator and scorekeeper as well as your club representative.  Contact the club for alternate dates and times for field availability.

For teams competing in WSSL and MSPSP, you will also need to complete a game rescheduling notification sheet and submit it to their league administrator.
