Player Registration
The soccer year begins in the fall of each year. All Ann Arbor United Soccer Club players will need to submit the following items:
- Ann Arbor United Soccer Club Player Registration Form
- Ann Arbor United Soccer Club Player Agreement
- Medical Release Form
- Small head shot picture (1.5" x 1")
- Copy of birth certificate or passport

Michigan State Premier Soccer League players will also need to submit: A completed MSPSL player contract - distributed by team official
Western Suburban Soccer League players will also need to submit: A completed WSSL player contract - distributed by team official
Information on sizes for uniforms and other gear should be submitted to the coach or manager. Below is a list of the available items and its corresponding sizes:

The uniform package includes: home and away jerseys, shorts, socks, t-shirt and backpack. Sweatshirts and warm ups can be purchased through your team representative.
Scholarship Requests
Ann Arbor United Soccer Club is pleased to offer financial support to families. Financial scholarships are used to cover the cost of registration and should be done for each season in which the support is needed. The information you provide will be reviewed by a sub-committee, but please be assured that this information will be kept very confidential.
Scholarships are offered as half or full depending on the needs of the family. In order to help us identify the scholarship level that best suits your needs please complete the form below.
